Sorry that you are going through an uncomfortable situation with the anxiety disorder. I would recommend that you meet with the Doctor and inform him/her about the side effects, I am sure the Doctor will be able to assist you in either recommending a different drug or else reduce the dosage. I hope you feel better...and perhaps simultaneously Psychotherapy sessions will help you to combat anxiety disorder.

Take the medications as per your doctor
do not 'google' about side effects of any medications
even simple crocin has side effect like liver damage but those are very rare. So take proper treatment as suggested by your doctor.

Persons living with schizophrenia have such difficulties some time. Apart from these tablets, you need psychosocial rehabilitation service. Find a psychiatric social worker and consult. Slowly you will start working even if you don't enjoy it. You can join a halfway home for 6-9 months to learn work habits. You can explore day care facilities nearby.
