For weight loss,
1. Take small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of 3-4 large meals
2. eat slowly chewing your food well
3. Drink 3 litres water daily
4. Avoid junk/ processed/ready to eat/ canned/ sugary/fried foods, soft, hard & energy drinks

For reducing masturbation: Explore and make a list of time when you usually masturbate including factors which lead to it.
- avoid same factors at that particular time, e.g. If you masturbate when you are lonely, then try to be with people all the time.
- divert your mind from thoughts of masturbation: sit back, relax, drink a glass of water, try counting backwards from 50 to 1.

I have nerves weakness due to this my hands shakes and when cold my finger will get struck and pain.
Please Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take milk, dry fruits. Although there can be many causes for heel pain like spurs, fascial inflammation, infection, trauma etc but normally plantar fascitis is the most common cause especially if there is no history of any injury or any s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness etc.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL
Use no pillow under the head.
DO HOT FOMANTATION.
Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Have you got pure tone audiometry done? if not, get one done and that will tell us about the sn component.
