Hello lybrate-user the adrenal gland release certain hormones which further affect the proper functioning of other glands so it's better to investigate the problem or proper test should be done to rule out the cause. U can opt for ayurvrdic treatment n practice yoga which really help to control proper functioning of the body.

Hi Desh..
If you are taking Dexona (dexamethasone) then if you believe me stop them immediately.. it is a steroid and have many side effects... it harms you more than it benefit..
And the best treatment is homoeoapthic... but consult with more details for proper treatment..
And also before consulting just consult a neurophysician to have the diagnosis of the vertigo....

The half life of dexamethasone is 36 to 72 hours, it usually takes around 5 half lives for a drug to be completely eliminated from your system. So, it would be around 15 days in this case.

You cannot continue using the eye drop.and Ocutob D Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dexamethasone and Tobramycin. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy. Tobramycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth in the eye by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
