The suitable suggestions would be to go for a review with your doctor and discuss about the plan of treatment. You can also gain knowledge about Diabetes and it's nature, and learn how simple changes in the lifestyle can help avoid major complications (kindly read about complications when the sugar levels remain high for a long period of time ). Adapt healthy habits and be consistent with your daily exercise routine and eating habits which can help beat the insulin resistance. You can revert wit...more

Dear lybrate-user,
Hyperglycemia reduces blood flow to some parts of your body. This could be the reason for Erectile dysfunction. Try to control the sugar, and do exercise to improve the condition.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
BP 160/80 mm Hg is high, ideally it should be around 120 to 130/ 70 to 80 mm Hg. You may have to increase the dose of Olmesartan to 40 mg a day.
With HbA1c% 6% diabetes seems to be well controlled. Thanks

No need to take any contraceptive pills as you already are a case of PCOs, and taking indiscriminate contraceptive pills in the middle of cycle will only create more harmonal imbalance. Wait for your periods and in case you miss your periods you may take abortion pills as advised by us at that time.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. However, there is only mention of medication being taken. As regards changing a brand of metformin hardly matters. Unless above information is provided I am unable to comment or give any suggestions.
Another important aspect ...more
