Continue medicine as blood sugar is controlled with it and may again rise if you stop it. Monitor blood sugar regularly.

Mr Raj Kumar Jain, Thanks for the query.
WHen one is on adequate treatment, plus having restricted diet and doing regular exercise, blood glucose levels are well controlled. If the levels are not in control means there is a need for upgrading the treatment plus also give a close look to other aspects too. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. Etails mentioned show that your blood glucose is fairly well controlled ideally hba1c% should be < 7 % or even lower. At 60 years it is better to maintain < 7%. As regards taking tadanafil tablets if you have the problem then can take it as and when required. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user Thanks for the query.
Fasting 130 mg is high, however if your PP is well controlled there is no reason to worry. Please look at HbA1c%. That will give a clear idea about long term glucose control. Another important aspect is if you reduce weight, that itself will help in bringing over all glucose levels. Thanks.

Hello dear! there are different types of pcos. To know your type I need further details. Most of pcos have irregular cycles without ovulation, but rarely can have ovulation too. If there us no ovulation along with above supplements, you need tablets for egg development too in order to conceive. Also with husband's semen parameters needs to be checked.
So complete details are required to make a proper suggestion.
Take care and contact if you want to discuss further.

Pcod is a disease where there is a hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports, and stage of life treatment differs, and it also needs more time to get yourself treated with patience. Meet gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for a long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously.
