2. There is no magical powder/ drink for weight loss.
3. Cinnamon powder or flaxseeds are generally good for health but they have no impact on weight.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query,
For patients with hypothyroidism only soy beans and soy containing products are to be avoided. All other foods, fruits and seeds are fine. You can definitely take all those things mentioned. Most important is your TSH should be maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism. Thanks.

Yes, it can be used.
But it is more helpful for females.
As it contains female hormones at peak levels. So male are not much benefited by that.
For reducing weight you go to gym or swimming or else you can go for just my obesity package. Because many patients have been benefitted by that package. You can also take advantage of it. If you find it expensive, please let know. I can do needful to you.
Take care.:)

Pain killers are quick but not dependable in the long run. These may create side effects. I would suggest you to undergo snehan, swedan, virechan, massage or foot massage etc as per ayurveda principles at some good ayurveda hospital.
For the time being mildly purgate, take hingwastak powder mixed in ghee within meals, drink hot water, take sutz bath, dashmool based treatment.

Before taking medicines you should get an mri done to see the size of the disc and the extent of compression.
If mri has already been done then share it here.
The treatment of disc prolapse is mainly rest and physiotherapy.
It important to get physiotherapy done for atleast a month in your case.
