You haven't mentioned what kind of mark is it?
If it's a birth mark, then you need to opt for LASER therapy.
In case it's an acne mark/ injury mark or any post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, you can take homoeopathic medicines - Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water and Kali Brom. 200 - both thrice daily for 20 days.
Revert me back there after.

Hello,
you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below
you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)
2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day
3. Get check eyes for refractive error
4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis

3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice.

5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
