Heavy rectal bleeding may not be life threatening immediately but if it continues then you will become anemic overtime. You may be having piles and pls consult your surgeon.

There seems to be a small stone in your urinary bladder which might block your urethra when you put pressure during urination. You will need to consult an urologist, do an ultrasonography and cystoscopic examination.

Mr. lybrate-user.
You should consult a surgeon before the prolapse becomes irreducible and causes further complications. If you are sure its rectal prolapse than it might require surgical management most probably.
In the mean while, consume high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits. Drink atleast three liters of water a day. Increase your physical activity.
