Masala od 1200 mg tablet is an aminosalicylate. It works by suppressing the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause inflammation (swelling) in the intestines. This reduces ulceration, bleeding and painful symptoms, and prevents future flare-ups of the disease.
You can take procol od tablet or mesalazine/mesalamine (1200 mg)

Treatment of ulcerative colitis involves medicines like mesacol, enemas and in some cases steroids. You need to consult a gastroenterologist with all reports including colonoscopy and biopsy.
