I think if your symptoms are not controlled by mesalazine, i would like to evaluate the symptoms and reports. We can change some medications if still it is not improved we can treat this by surgery.

U need to stop this. As itâs habit forming.
1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
2. Increasing the fibre in your diet
3. Increase your fluid intake
4. Avoid straining and constipation
5. Maintain active life style
6. Curd is good for u.
7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods
