Thanks for your Query.

My advise to you is that you take some light snacks before doing exercise, secondly take small easily digestible meals at regular intervals.

Secondly I would like to advise you to take a Pre Probiotic on daily basis which will help in your colitis also.

For further information and advise you can book an online consultation with me on Lybrate. Thank you. Take care till then.

Allopathic medicine does not have cure and have many side effects.
Ayurvedic may not have side effects but it is very difficult to follow as it has massive doses and taste issues.

the best way and permanent solution is homeopathic medicine.

better take homeopathic medicine.

One usually requires a low dose of mesalamine for maintenance Someone who required a course of steroids more than once should not stop the medicine without a gastroenterologist opinion You can tell the gastroenterologist that you want a full sedation when and if you have to undergo colonoscopy, that way you wont feel any discomfort.
