Yes if you bleed after meprate
most likely you aren’t pregnant
however the best way to say if you r pregnant or not is take a pregnancy test one week after missing periods.

No. First you need to find out cause of irregular periods then treat that cause. Were your periods regular before this?
It can be because of hormonal imbalance. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
