First you need to find out cause of amenorrhoea. Were your periods regular before this. Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. What is your normal cycle duration?
26th day is usually safe time period.
But get your upt done, you can wait for 1 week for your menses.
If still no bleeding you can take meprate for withdrawal.
