Meprate tablet contains medroxyprogesterone acetate which is similar to progesterone hormone naturally produce. Taking single tablet 2.5 mg won’t have any consequences as such.

Contraindications of meprate 10 mg tablet
if you are allergic to medroxyprogesterone or any other ingredients of the meprate 10 mg tablet.
If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy.
This is not indicated if you are planning for pregnancy, stop taking this tablet and do your pregnancy test or do sonography, after confirmation you can take this tablet. Or go for ayurvedic treatment which has no side effects.
