Many times ovulation does not occur inspite of treatment.
Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

Yes. Prolonged use of such hormones can give a negative feedback. Avoid injections. There are good quality tablets that you ask your doctor.

Eggs or follicles can grow with hmg injections, but it is difficult to predict how many injections you would require for follicular growth and finally ovulation. You can conceive with small egg size also if the egg is mature, though generally at least a 16 mm follicle is required. Also in patients with pcos, many times the ovulation also happens late but you can still conceive.

From your description extremely low chances. But if periods are delayed then go for upt (10 days after missing periods with morning’s first urine) instead of guessing.
