Asked for female, 30 years old from Hyderabad

I am 27 years old, I'm 7 weeks pregnant now. From 5th onwards brown spotting is happening till now. Doctor suggested Duphaston tablets daily 1 pull am using and for 2 weeks eema 5000 injection gave. Pls tell me is this normal or any problem is there also recommend any diet plan for it.

I am suffering from pcod and wanted to conceive. Doctor gave me smart ova for 5 days after that he told me to go for follicular scan from day 8th. On day 8th my follicle size z 10 mm and on day 10 it remains the same. After that he told me to have shot of 5 hmg injections. On day 20 I go for another follicle scan and it shows two dominant follicle in left ovary 20 mm and 16 mm and one in right ovary 19 mm. On day 22 follicle of 20 mm in left ovary rupture but the other follicle become dominant with size of 19 mm and right ovary follicle becomes 22 mm with endometrium thickness of 11 mm. Now the doctor told me to have hcg inj. My question is that if my follicle rupture without any hcg inj why he is asking me for having shot of hcg inj.

Is there any side effects of vitamin d oral solutions, as I am on first month of my infertility treatment (ttc for almost 2 years) and my blood test report came up with vitamin d deficiency so, doctor gave me weekly oral solutions for 8 weeks. After taking the 2nd week solutions I am experiencing body pain and feeling of fever (inside may be) please suggest me. My full details are- 27 year old, on first month of infertility treatment. Took letrozole 2.5 mg (day 3 to 7), and two hmg injection on cycle day 3 and 5. On day 10 follicular monitory found two dominant follicle on left ovary anddoc. Gave hcg injection. Day 13 follicular monitory shows rupture of egg with perfect et thickness. Severe pain and bloatingfelt on left side from cycle day 12 to 14. Now I am currently on day 20 of cycle and having body pain. Currently on medication- fol-xt, duphaston10 mg and weekly oral solution. Please suggest.

Vit d doesn't produce these side effects. The bloating and pain from cycle day 12-14 is normal due to ovulation by the hcg injection. Many women often feel ovulation pain during stimulation. However the pain persisting even on day 20 is unusual. Please consult your doctor for proper evaluation of these symptoms.

Pcod patients have male hormone excess. This will prevent ovulation. They have insulin resistance too. Nothing is mentioned about male factor. If it is normal, after correcting hormonal imbalance, ovulation induction to be done. Pcod patients do respnd to laparoscopic drilling of ovaries and hydrotubation. Trust your doctor and soon you will conceive as the treatment is systematic.

Respected sir/mam. I am pregnant now 12 weeks. I got pregnant through fsh and hmg follicle study. I am now taking susten sr200, folvitemb, gycipage500, I am getting mild thin white colour discharge once r twice a day while urination. I do not find any itching r anything but mild pain some times near pelvic area which s manageable doc advised. Pelvic pain and back s common. But my doctor mam prescribed 2 have sustensr200 twice when I told her abt discharge. Is tat common. Am I need 2 afraid of it. Should I need 2 take twice susten since I do not wanna take much tablets. Pls do advise and suggest me. I am having good ultrasound and doppler study. Am I good should I need 2 worry. Back pain s also thr sometimes. Which after some amirthanjan gel s completely fine. It's your precious pregnancy so take susten twice daily. For mild pelvic pain get ueine examination done. There might be mild infection in urine which is common in pregnancy. Regularly get your sugar checked if there is a history of diabetes as you have mentioned.

I'm a 34 years female, trying to conceive my first baby. I've had pcos history and also have hypothyroidism (which is under control due to 75 mcg thyronorm tablet) my doctor gave my fertyl 100 mg and estrabet 2 mg twice daily and is observing my follicular study, day 9 had 2 dominant follicles growing in right ovary. On day 13 follicles had slow growth (f1- 16x14 & f2- 15x12) so I was administered 150iu hmg and i'm on day 15 and my follicles are same size as on previous study so I was given 75iu humog injection. I am trying actively to conceive from past 8 months with the help of follicular study and clomid with two months break in between. Usually I have a successful cycle and the follicles rupture but i'm unable to get pregnant. Will estrabet and fertyl cause any issues in future if taken in every cycle?

Hi,
no it will not cause any problem. But estrabet should not be given before follicle grows to a certain size. Meet a fertility specialist.

Good mrng docter. I am suffering from U. T. I from last 1month. I am taking cefixime+ofloxacin combination bd along with alkasier also. Earlier I had balofloxacin also. But still I am passing urine so painfully. I am having renal calculas also. Please suggest me some remedy.

Hii I m going for injectable iui treatment and with ovitrop injections on 5, 7, 9 day and after gmh injection the follicle size is 20 mm of left ovaries and right ovaries 16 mm, 16 mm on day 14 et 10.2 and 5 pm of 14 day had hcg trigger shots but day 15 had bleeding with clots so I m worried whats that because tomorrow they will do iui at 9 am. Is anything wrong or they will not do iui because of bleeding. please tell me the cause of bleeding.

Sometimes bleeding may be present when the follicle ruptures, but not in excess.
Still you need to consult your doctor on schedule, as she will only decide that whether iui can be done or not.
Till then take precaution as advised by your doctor.

TODAY ON DAY 12, I HAVE 3 FOLLICLES OF 18.6 MM ON MY LEFT OVARY AND 2 19 AND 1 16 MM FOLLICLES ON MY RIGHT OVARY. LAST MONTH I HAD 2 DIMUNANT FOLLICLES AND EVEN AFTER TAKING HCG 5000 IT DID NOT RUPTURE. WAT SHUD B MY NEXT STEP?

Hello, You have to wait for 2 more days to allow follicles to reach 22 mm size before a 10000IU hcg can be given to allow rupture of follicles.
