For hypothyroidism the treatment is to take adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, which she is already on. Further, it is important to maintain TSH level around 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms of the condition. From her weight & height it is clear that with a BMI of 34 kgs/Sq meter is she is close to being in grade 2 obesity.
