Wait for 3 days more to get withdrawal bleeding.
Usually following norethisterone one does get withdrawal bleeding 3 to 8 days after stopping same (however better effect if norethisterone is taken for more days) if there is no pregnancy or other problem.
Meet gynecologist for further reports and management.

For a start, they increase the chances of developing cancer.
Better take homeopathic treatment. Which can cure it without any side effects.

You need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.
