Placida may not worsen your sweating. On the other hand it reduces anxiety, thereby sweating also.
Placida contains Flupenthixol (0.5 mg) and Melitracen (10 mg). Flupenthixol is a major tranquilizer that is not needed in social anxiety treatment. Melitracen is a weak antidepressant - not approved in India. So you can try other anxiolytics or therapy or relaxation exercise or yoga-pranayama.

If you wants to be happy then you have to control your mind, for this you have to do regular yoga, have to do meditation, you need to focus on your work, maintain a healthy life, happiness and sorrow are both part of life but it's the matter how you deal with the sorrow and happiness, this is the only way.
