You are suffering from a condition called as exogenous ochronosis. It resluts due to prolonged use of hydroquinone. Hydroquinone should never be used for such prolonged periods. Treatment isa bit difficult. Tretinoin/ adapalene gel, CO2 lasers might help. Treatment will take time, probably a couple of months.

dont use triple combination containing mementasone

use with fluocinolone amd that too for a max of 21 days...them gradually taper it


using triple combination for long will cause rebound pigmentation

Yes, it will be useful. Melapik Cream is a combination medicine used for the short-term, intermittent treatment of moderate-to-severe melasma (dark, discoloured patches) of the face. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age.
