Tretinoin cream should be started at a low dose if you are a first time user. Start with 0.025% cream at night only, pea sized amount on absolutely dry skin ,all over face. Start with once or twice a week. If skin feels dry or irritated apply less or layer a moisturizer above. Always use sunscreen during the day while using tretinoin.
