Hi. Melanocyl ointment usually causes burning and not suitable to use on mucosal areas like lip. Considering the safety other treatment options should be planned like tacrolimus 0.1 percent. Thanks.

Don't take melanocyl without medical supervision. First of all confirm if you hv vitiligo or sm other issue. If vitiligo tacrolimus n steroids help with stabilizing the lesion. Then can use topical psorolen for regaining colour. Consult a dermatologist. Don't use random meds without supervision- you may end up harming urself.

Do not use the cream for some time and do not sit in the sunlight till the blisters heal. You can use any pain killer. Use an antibiotic ointment and dressings to allow healing.

You should not use on lips because it have side effects on lip and improvement is very poor. You can try tacrolimus ointment/lotion with sun protection.

Its hard to tell without seeing your lesion. Probably you just have a pigmentation or you have a proper scar. It can be determined only by an examination. Random treatments vil not solve your problem. you may need medications or even interventions or both.
