if you would have posted your pics, I would have suggested you better. Anyways do not worry ,there are multiple options right know to tackle spots, scars and uneven skin tone. Usually, cystic acne leaves bad scarring on face. Usually, fraxel c02 lasers, mnrf, peels, subscission will reduce acne scars better rather than plain creams. First of all you are too young to be using such creams. In long term all such demelanizing creams will cause lot of harm to your skin. Use proper sun protection and vitamin c serums at night to give you a natural fairness and avoid damaging it skin.

Melasma is a condition which is due to hormones and sunlight increases the pigmentation. Avoid sunexposure from 9 - 5 pm. Do not use Skin lite cream for a long time as it can cause side effects like redness and thinning of skin. You will need proper medication to decrease the pigmentation.

Hello, skinlite cream is a strong pigmentation reducer cream and shouldn't be used without a dermatologist's prescription. It contains steroid, hydroquinone and tretinoin. Though initial effects with the cream are good but prolonged use may lead to thin dry skin with visible thread veins, acne, red irritated skin.
So now you should gradually reduce its use and start applying aloe vera cream.
