Melalite xl is hydroquinone, mometasone and tretinoin triple combination cream. When used unsupervised, for longer periods, it may lead to exogenous oochronosis (resistant pigmentation due to hydroquinone) which is quite difficult to treat, and also it can cause side effects due to steroid component like acne, skin thinning/atrophy, erythema, steroid dependence, etc. Tretinoin component can lead to dryness of skin. Hello. Sarcoidosis is a chronic disease and prolonged treatment is necessitated with the topical ointments. The hydroquinone definitely helps in reducing the darkness of eyelids. Melalite do have this as an active ingredients along with few others. However a confirmed acceptance of the cream can be given to you by the dermatologist who have examined you previously. This is not safe for long term. You can use this max 1 month. This will cause dark spots that will be extremely difficult to treat by usual treatment.

Hydroquinone 2–4% as cream or lotion, applied accurately to pigmented areas at night for 2–4 months. Azelaic acid cream, lotion or gel can be applied twice daily long term and is safe in pregnancy and lactating mothers. Kojic acid can be tried .use sunscreen in the morning for better results.

Hi,
it seems to be burn blister. Either you can continue using the same ointment or else can switch over to homoeopathic can notharis ointment which is meant for burn and burn marks with great result.
