Hello, Melacare has steroid and hydroquinone which must not be used for long periods it can cause hyperpigmentation. Its very important to use sunscreen when on any skin lightning creams. There are safer creams which contain kojic acid, niacinamide etc. Consult a certified dermatologist.

Hello, skinlite cream is a strong pigmentation reducer cream and shouldn't be used without a dermatologist's prescription. It contains steroid, hydroquinone and tretinoin. Though initial effects with the cream are good but prolonged use may lead to thin dry skin with visible thread veins, acne, red irritated skin.
So now you should gradually reduce its use and start applying aloe vera cream.
Take care.
