I would recommend you to go for 24 hours or 48 hours holter monitoring, because ecg is an instantanious investigation, so it may miss any rhythm change happening at times different from ecg is done, do you have dizziness or vertigo then you must go for the above mentioned test, & also you should look whether you are too much anxious about anything, then it is taken care of first.

I assume that either you are not sexually active or pregnancy is ruled out before taking Maxogest. In that case only few days after stopping tablets one gets withdrawal bleeding.

No, your periods are delayed because of ecp. There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking emergency contraceptive pill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill.
