According to your drug history, u are taking 5 types of antidiabetic drugs simultaneusly at this moment. I would suggest u to check your hba1c, urea, creatinine. If hba1c is higher than 8 % and your creatinine is more than 1. 5 despite taking all these medications, u should switch over to insulin which will be better for your health. For further help, u may be send me private message.

Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, the present treatment looks quite good. Fasting and pp levels are a bit high, but those can be managed by following a more strict diet and exercise schedule. I feel there is no further need to add any drugs. Her bmi is 27.55 kg/ m2, which shows she is overweight. Her ideal body weight should be 59 kgs. So all her food intake (calories) should be calculated considering that weight and extent of daily physical exercise and blood sugar levels. Even if she reduces 5 to 7 kgs,...more

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
In diabetes, homeopathy treatment does not help in controlling blood glucose. Continuing that treatment is a waste of time, money and effort. It is quite vible from your blood glucose levels. Fasting 250 mg & PP 400 mg levels are too high, suggesting totally uncontrolled diabetes. With this you are likely to get the long term complications of diabetes much earlier.

lybrate-user ji, thanks for the query.
Madam you have mentioned quite a few drugs, which you want to take. Even though your glucose levels are too high, it is difficult to say whether you can all of these. The treatment for diabetes is not just taking a bunch of medicines which reduce glucose. Each medicine has a specific role and based on each patients needs the treating doctor decides how to begin the treatment. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Mentioned glucose levels are too high. In such case usually we adviseInsulin treatment for at least first 3 months along with oral antidiabetics then after achieving strict glucose control Insulin can be reduced or discontinued. That is always a better line of treatment. The reason is with such high glucose levels, beta cells are very severely affected. Hence early glucose control is advisable. Thanks.
