7th cranial n palsy can be related to some secondary causes. Please get checked for any rash or vesicles inside your ear. If not then go for MRI brain.

I am type 2 diabetic and on medication. Metformin 1gm BD, vildagliptin 50 mg BD, also taking medicines for hypertension telmisartan H 40 BD and clonazepam 1 mg for anxiety. Also 1500 mg methylcobalamin once daily. I have been taking these medicines under medical advice. Is it dangerous to take methylcobalamin for so long? Someone recently told me it is poison.

No masturbation has no proven effects on general health and fitness. However repeated masturbations to relieve stress and anxiety can cause dependence on it. Hence it is advisable to have healthier ways of relaxation from stress and sexual anxiety and not just resorting to masturbation.
