Megalis 20 MG Tablet functions by relaxing the muscles that are present in and around blood vessels, which helps with increasing blood flow. Due to this reason, these tablets are used to treat erectile dysfunction, and benign prostatic hypertrophy, which is an enlarged prostate. As it helps increasing blood flow, it is also used to treat pulmonary hypertension, which is also known as high blood pressure. This is not an OTC tablet, which means that you require a doctor’s prescription to take it and to buy it.

Megalis tablets can cause a few minor side effects. These include belching, heartburn, indigestion, pain in the neck, pain in the stomach, and even fever. Other side effects include confusion, fainting, breathing problems, nausea, and weakness, sweating and vomiting. However, these side effects are quite rare. They generally go away on their own. However, one side effect that requires medical attention is you end up with an erection that lasts for over 4 hours. This is because it can cause damage to your penis and the way it functions.
