Dear Rash,
Stopping antidepressants in 4 months depends on the diagnosis. There are various types of depression - few of them need life long medicines - few of them just for 6 months.
Since your doctor knows the diagnosis, please continue the same dose till she/he is available for consultation. She/he might have arrangement with another doctor, please consult her/him.
You have taken for 4 months with no major side effect and lot of benefit, please continue till you consult your doct...more

Injecting a dilute solution (4%) of ethyl alcohol for chemical neurolysis is a good alternative to other conservative treatments (such as cortisone injections) and surgical options for foot neuromas. There are very few reported complications with this technique and the success rate is relatively high.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
With HbA1c5 6.9 diabetes seems to be well controlled. It is essential to have a very strict glucose control to have less neuropathiy symptoms. If pain and discomfort is more dosage can be increased. But it is preferable to consult your doctor who is treating. Thanks.

Hello lybrate-user,
greetings

Lyrica may cause serious allergic reactions. In extreme cases, these reactions could be fatal.
While taking Lyrica, your mental health may change unexpectedly, and you may develop suicidal thoughts or behaviors.
If you have diabetes, you should monitor your skin carefully for sores while taking Lyrica. Be sure to contact your doctor right away if you develop any sores, redness, or skin problems.
The drug may also cause a buildup of fluid in your lower limbs.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, though it is advisable to reduce the dose of pregabalin in renally impaired patient, but 25 mg /day is quite a reduced dose (normal available dose is 75 mg/day). So you can have it safely if prescribed by a physician.
