yes you can but its nt beneficial as research says...better go for exercises for strengthening your knee joint.....for fatty liver hv low sugar low fat diet .....do yoga if u hv knee problem.....hv diet control to loose weight

Sir three months of medication is sufficient. These medications have not much role in osteoarthritis. Try to focus on quadriceps and hamstring muscle strengthing exercises. No role of vitamin d3.
