Its not because of meftal spas. Does it happen for the first time? If so then wait for the next period. If no then get your thyroid profile, CBC, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of the abdomen.

You can take it unless your uterus is normal and to rule out the cause of pain during menstruation. Taking meftal spas alone is not the final treatment.

taking meftal spas regularly can be harmful for the kidney in the long run. It is better that you restrict the consumption of the tablet to maximum two in a day and take it only and only if there is severe pain. It will be better if you can take homeopathic treatment instead as it will reduce the pain and there is no side effects as well. I will however need some more information about your condition to prescribe the most appropriate treatment for you.

that can be pathology in the uterus need to do after some scan in spite of taking painkiller if it pains very high then that can be fibroids or other polyps which need to have physical removal for medical treatment
