Thank you for a descriptive post. You seem to have a progressive hearing loss. If you are not sure about the results, you can repeat the test at some other clinic. And if again the results are similar, I suggest you go for some good hearing aids. And yes your hearing loss can aggrevate with blockage of nose but that increase will be temporary.
