Why are you taking the medicine? Generally it is given twice a day for withdrawal/lpostponement of periods. If using for some other reason. Different dosage is required.

The delay could be because of hormonal changes due to the pill you have taken. Wait for another week or so, and then do urine pregnancy test with an early morning urine sample to ensure that you are not pregnant.
By then, you should be getting your periods.

After taking high hormonal emergency pill like unwanted 72 one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then new cycle starts. Taking Deviry will delay further. If withdrawal bleeding does not happen keep possibility of pregnancy in mind
