First you need to find out cause of amenorrhoea. Were your periods regular before this. Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. Your period should occur 3 to 7 days after starting provera. If you do not have a period after you finish a course of provera, check with your doctor in case you are pregnant. Take the tablet as soon as you remember, and carry on taking the tablets at the normal times.
