If you have cvi there are 3 modalities for therapy, compression stockings of grade iii are a must for a long duration to avoid any swelling, limb elevation and fluid restriction can be helpful, taking anti coagulants as prophylaxis is indicated, however using aspirin and clopidogrel for cvi is not effective, warfarin was earlier prescribed but with safe anti coagulants like xarelto 15 mg od no need for above medications. Yes please continue both clopidogrel and ascard 75 mg. These are blood thinners required lifelong after cabg surgery. If discontinued then the risk of graft blockage is high.

Ecosprin av and clopidogrel are required after a heart attack. Avoid these medicines unless you have received a coronary stent.
Flecainide is quite toxic for people who require blockage medicines. Amiodarone is usually very effective. Amiodarone treatment requires medical supervision.

Hi lybrate-user, as you say she was having st elevation and started on atorva and clopidogrel and afternoon 2 months st normal.
I would like to know the presentation at time of first ecg 2 months ago.
Would be better if you send me her both ecg / echo if done
also would like to know her risk factor before I advice you further management.
