You have to do a proper course of medicine tab Itraconazole 200 mg daily twice a day upto 10 days, gap of 20 days and again repeat the cycle upto 4 months apply luliconazole cream on affected area use ketoconazole soap for bathing and candid powder for dusting upto 1 year general precautions like never wear damp clothes have a bath twice a day if you sweat a lot do proper course of medicine.

As it is, long term steroids aren't encouraged these days in rheumatoid arthritis. Better treatment options are available now. So I suggest to book a consultation with me & take proper treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Regarding vaccination, well it's safe for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, including covid-19 vaccination.

Hi. I understand your concerns. You might be having asthma. Asthma is chronic and a common problem causing symptoms. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Hello lybrate-user. From the symptoms described by you along with the history, it does seem to be due to hypersensitivity (allergy) to some substance. At times, it has been seen to occur due to insect bite. In your case, it could be due to the fish that you had.
