Hi lybrate-user,
yes taking vitamins in the morning can be continued for long term too. And as you correctly mention taking a statin (rosavel) at night is appropriate if you have hypercholesterolemia.

Normal levei is 200-900 picogram/ml. Less than 200pg/ml is considered deficient. Deficiency occurs due to strict vegetarian diet,
source- mostly obtained from animal food sources. 1. Take meat/egg/ fish, poultry, diary product like milk & milk product,
2. Vegetarian sources of b12 are milk, butter milk, yogurt. Vegetarians have to take b12 supplement
3. You may have to take injection b12 after consulting doctor, if no relief.

Dear User, it can be taken on an empty stomach at the same time for the duration advised for you. If you feel a burning sensation in the stomach then it is better to take it after a meal.

Methylcobalamin is nothing but Vitamin B12.

You don't have acne because of any of above mentioned medicines.

Pimples might be because of other reasons like oily skin or hormonal changes.
