Dear User, it can be taken on an empty stomach at the same time for the duration advised for you. If you feel a burning sensation in the stomach then it is better to take it after a meal.

I am having vitamin d and vitamin b12 deficiency I am currently taking uprise d3 60000iu weekly. Last week done with one strip of mecobal 500. I am now having renerve plus strips can I take renerve plus for vitamin b12 deficiency instead mecobal? Also I am having constipation issues for it I am taking homeopathy pills. How long it will take to recover from vitamin d and b12 deficiency since I am working also preparing for my exams. I am not able to concentrate on my studies this deficiency disturbs me mentally and physically too how to get rid from the same quickly?

Hi
the quick solution would depend on your b12 levels. If too low, go for im injection of b12 for quicker results. And renerve plus has 1500 mcg b12 so it should be sufficient. You can take it in place of mecobal.

What about haemoglobin
better to take full plate of salad before each meal.
Fruits in between meal.
Cap. Nerve up one daily after meal with water.
Also check vit d3 test.

Methylcobalamin is nothing but Vitamin B12.

You don't have acne because of any of above mentioned medicines.

Pimples might be because of other reasons like oily skin or hormonal changes.

Take injection methylcobalamin 1000 mg daily, alternate days,twice a week,weekly,twice a month,monthly,
take tablet daily.
Diet as advised by your doctor.

The recommended dietary allowance of vitamin B12 is 2.4 mcg per day
400–800 IU (10–20 mcg) of vitamin D should meet the needs of 97–98% of healthy people.
Thiocolchicoside and aceclofenac dosage is based on the pain
