He is still malnourished. Give him lot of fruits and add simyl mct oil 1/2 tsp to all his meals. Will gain weight early. Also give protein supplements.

l would advise u to get her haemoglobin checked . Correct d eficiency if any. This will improve her apetite . Then u can plan nutricious diet including protiens,carbs and fats.

Hi, Coconut meat is good for health. Its rich in electrolytes and minerals, also good quality fat like MCT. These fats are absorbed and digested easily, thus considered good for health. Having said that, coconut is high in saturated fat and so if consuming it on daily basis then other fat intake should be dropped.
