Hello. There are other options like leflunomide, in case you are intolerant to methotrexate. Considering you are already on steroids and 2 dmards (sulfasalazine & hcqs), I would suggest you take any biologics therapy for better control of your disease like adalimumab or etanercept or tofacitinib etc.

Dear lybrate-user,
I am a Physiotherapist and would advice that you visit a nearest Physiotherapy clinic in your town. You may do some home remedy like soaking your hand in warm luke water for 30 min, two times a day. You also need to do isometrics and Range of motion exericses which would further decrease the pain. For your pain management you may also seek advise from a Rheumatologist.
Best wishes.

Hello-
Diabetes is a risk factor for hypogonadism (under developed sexual organs like testis) because it is associated with increased body mass and altered hormone profiles (e.g. reduced LH as a result of high blood glucose levels, which in turn reduces testosterone levels).
Ayurvedic aphrodisiac herbs and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help boost your testosterone level naturally.
