Hello, thanks for writing in. Rosuvastatin like other statins can have headache and dry or sore eyes as a symptom. Having said that, headache could be a manifestation of other causes including stress. If the headache is severe and a daily occurrence, I would suggest you meet the physician who prescribed the meds. As for the watery eyes, try using lubricating eye drops like tear plus or lubrex eye drops 4 times a day for a month and see if it helps.

You must be having dry eyes and dry skin it is better if you apply carboxy methy cellulose eye drops frequently in the eyes. Take oil bath twice or thrice a week to prevent dryness if skin. Apply coconut oil in the vaginal area. It will give some relief from drynes. Besides take a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

I don't think that much harm will come if some dettol laden water fell into your eyes. Wash your eyes thoroughly with cold water. If there is any redness you can put mild steroid drop like fluromethalone. Two or three times for a few days and stop. Do not continue it for long. If only itching. I think it will disappear after some time.

Hello sir. Redness due to lack of adequate sleep is completely normal. However if you still have persisting redness, then one needs to get examined thoroughly by an eye doctor. It can be allergic or inflammatory given the long history of 3 months. Any diagnosis can not be put up without having a look at it. Kindly provide a photography of your both eyes for online consultation. You can reach me out anytime for further queries. Hope this helps. Thank you.
