Thats totally wrong and misguided, you can not take these neuro tablets of your own at this age, please consult a psychiatrist of repute and stop these tablets.

It may be due to some neurological disorder,essential tremors,due to vit b12 deficiency,anxiety related ,due to dehydration or may be due to reccurence of old symptoms.. need to examine properly..
