Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10
paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take
do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear lybrate-user constipation is the most important cause of anal fissure. To relieve constipation- my advise is take plenty of oral liquids high fibre diet syp cremaffin 200 ml - 2 teaspoons before going to bed. I hope you may get alright with this.

Hello,
the problem ypu are having seems to be Eyelid Myoclonia a not very common condition and frequently requires life long treatment but is adequately controlled. There is no specific exercise, diet etc which control seizure. I would like to change Mazetol to some other drug and/ or increase Rivotril. It can be reasonably controlled
