Dear Hermen,
Yes. She can take Melslumb 6 mg along with other tablets. She can try with 3 mg initially. Melslumb has melatonin which is a sleep hormone from thymus gland. Harmless tablet. May be some water soluble vitamin is added to it. Again harmless. Solian and Valium are also sedating tablets. If she has sleep disturbance, she should get diagnosed for sleep disorders along with other treatment.

Hello, better stop that heavy doses of medicines.
Just take Belladonna 6C one dose whenever you get headache or attack of migraine.
It will be relieved within 10-15 mins.
No other issues, no side-effects at all.
Still if you have any queries, then please let me know.
Take care. :)

Dear lybrate-user,
Trinicalm forte belongs to older first generation antipsychotic. You can replace it with newer second generation antipsychotic like Amisulpride. But the dosage of amisulpride needs to be fixed, depending on your improvement and side effects.
Discuss with your psychiatrist about it. May be, she/he is in the process of shifting you from trinicalm forte to amisulpride.

Dear Sriram,
Don't worry too much about labelling of tablets as antipsychotic (amisulpride, quetiapine) or antidepressant (serta, xet, mirtaz). We are trying to reclassify according to neurochemical changes they bring about. Some of them, like mirtaz, acts on 3 different neurochemicals. Psychiatrists use antipsychotics in depression and antidepressant in psychosis. All are for better improvement in your symptoms so that you can have a better quality of life.

Hello-
common side effects of ssris (anti depressant) in men include decreased libido and difficulty getting an erection. Some men have trouble maintaining an erection. Men taking antidepressants also report delayed or blocked orgasm. Fortunately it can be cured by ayurveda.

You can take sildenafil with these tablets.
But if you have difficulty of erection during sexual activity, find the cause and treat it, rather than using sildenafil.
Sometime the cause may be sertraline 100 mg. Please discuss with your psychiatrist your problem and find the cause and take treatment accordingly.
