Hi lybrate-user. For removing negative thoughts I can tell you some natural ways to overcome from it .please try and consult some other psychologist/Counsellor of your near by area for face to face consultation which is very much mandatory. Too much of stress and anxiety leads to panic attacks. Thoughts always come to our mind be it positive or negative. Whenever you get a negative thought, try to divert your mind by taking a short walk or at least going away from the current situation. Negative thoughts over a period of time, cause stress and anxiety. Your mind is everything. Remember that your mind consciously or subconsciously control every aspect of your life. Also your life style contributes a lot to stress. Make sure you get at least 6 hours of sleep everyday. At the end of the day be grateful for all the little good things that happened. Have a positive outlook towards life. Do something which makes you happy during the weekends. Spend time with your friends and family. If you're able to keep your stress under control, everything else will automatically fall in place. Try this to avoid negative thoughts. Writing and Destroying If your negative thoughts are linked to a specific strong emotion like fear, anger or jealousy, try letting them all out in writing. Use a pen and paper, and really express all of that pent up negativity. You can then choose a way of destroying this paper, symbolizing your commitment to moving on. For example, you could tear it up, crush it into a ball, burn it, or scribble over it. To bring positive thoughts… Find humour in bad situations. Allow yourself to experience humour in even the darkest or most trying situations. Remind yourself that this situation will probably make for a good story later and try to crack a joke about it. Say you’re laid off; imagine the most absurd way you could spend your last day, or the most ridiculous job you could pursue next. Thank You and All The BEst for more please consult your near by Psychologist and Counsellor.

I suggest you meet with a counselor and deal with some stress-related issues. I feel these are the causes of excess urination. If you are frightened chronically, you will tend to have excess discharge. Anyway, you should always work in tandem with a therapist along with medication to develop skills and techniques to favour a good life. That I suspect is missing in yoru recovery program and could have prevent the stress-induced urination.

My wife is taking clozapine 50 mg along with Amisulpride 100 mg for 3 years for Schizophrenia. She doesn't want to have the Blood Tests reqd for checking the WBC Level. I am having apprehension and fear of for her having neutropenia/Agranulocytes now or later of her taking Clozapine 50 for taking such a long time without having Blood Tests. It is compulsory to undergo regular blood test (WBC) when on clozapine. If she does not do, she has to be compelled or the medication, changed. Chance of agranulocytosis is 1% and it is the protocol to do, else no other option, but to change medication. All the best.

Prolactin is the hormone that stimulates milk production by the breasts. The normal prolactin level is < 20 ng/ml. In most women the tumors are detected when they are small (microadenomas) and the prolactin level is only moderately elevated (30 - 300 ng/ml. High levels of prolactin may mean that the pituitary gland is making excess prolactin for unknown reasons (idiopathic hyperprolactinemia). Other conditions that can cause high prolactin levels include pregnancy, liver disease (cirrhosis), kidney disease, and hypothyroidism. MRI is needed to find out the cause and Hyperprolactinemia may occur in patients receiving amisulpride at low dose of 50 mg/day and results in galactorrhoea, amenorrhea and sexual dysfunction. The symptom ameliorates on withdrawing the drug, switching to non-prolactin-elevating drugs, and timely management with dopamine agonist.
