Don't take injections. Never take injections. It is unnecessary pain.
Just start a good multivitamin tablet.
And taking B12 is not enough. Get proper treatment of the cause of low level of B12. Otherwise once you stop taking B12 it will again come back down if not taken proper treatment.

I had my treatment started for this month. Starting with clomid on cycle day 3, and from day 7th, 8th and 9th I am getting gonadotropin injections (Humog Hp 150iu), upon asking my specialist also has given MHR tablet (Folic acid 5 MG Methylcobalamin 1500 MCG Pyridoxine 20 MG). She also prescribed progynova tablets daily night. Should I do anything more to make this IUI successful. Please suggest this is my 2nd IUI.

I am 6 week pregnant I have been taking folic acid 5 mg since last 3 months. Doctor given lmetylfolite methylcobalamin pyridoxal 5 phosphate cor-3 tablet per day. Shall I consume both tablets? I'm also planning to use a pregnancy multivitamin by carbamide forte. Consuming all these together cause any problems. Please advice me.

Hi. Congratulations on the pregnancy dear. The most important supplement to be taken in the first trimester is folic acid. You should follow the advise of your treating doctor, do not take a lot of medicines. Just follow your doctorâs advice, take a well balanced nutritious diet, avoid papaya and pineapple. Do not lift heavy weights and no relations with husband. Also, schedule a pregnancy ultrasound in consultation with your gynaecologist. All the best!

levosulpiride have a lot of side effects

Hi sir/ mam, I am recovered from covid, today is my 28 day, as per physician took few tests complete blood picture with esr, vit b12, d dimer, hs crp. All are normal. My query is for the past 10 days some I have head numbness and dizziness when I wakeup in the morning till evening after that it wll be fine. Consulted ent doctor two days before and took ct scan pns and its normal. Dr. said it would be due to virus infect the nerves and develop such problems and advised to take tab pregabalin & methylcobalamin and using it since two days and still have the numbness and dizziness, is it fine or shall I have to take any other medication.

Post covid Headache and numbness has been well documented , It occurs as a pressure or numbness , massages, analgesics help and it will go away, You can continue same medication if it does not improve or increases than a short cours of steroids can also be used, but i feel at he moment what you are doing is OK

I am asking for my mother she is 67 years old and diagnosed with diabetics last 3 months since then her weight is reduced, pain in legs from knee to toe can't sit down and stand up properly. She is taking metformin 1000 mg tablet and gabamax gold with pregabalin, methylcobalamin. Somewhere sugar levels are reduced from 250 to 150 by medicine but doctor is unable to tell that why she can't walk stretch and sit up down properly after having medicine 3 months of dosage sometimes we felt that she is not suffering from diabetics and the problem is something else. Kindly light up this issue waiting for your sumptuous response.

I have anxiety symptoms sometimes and was taking clonazepam 0.25 mg at night for that. But had panic issue sometimes. Have got ct and mri done 4 months ago and it was normal. I have VITODOC O3 PLUS from morepen laboratories it has omega3 fatty acids, alpha lipotic acid, cyanocobalamin & chromium picolinate soft gel capsules. How often i can eat it as omega 3 fatty acid. Daily dose or not and for how long (one month) or continue as i take multi vitamins. Please advice thank you.

You can take this supplement once a day. It is quite safe to do so. But do not take other multivitamins along with this. It may lead to overdose of some specific compounds.
