You should not take this steroid inhaler as your own. Because unless you have obstructive airway disease proven, it is not worthful to take. So, you need the clinical examination and pulmonary function test.

You take shwasni avaleh 1 spoon early morning empty stomatch after 30 minuties take lukewarm water end 1 spoon in night after dinner. If you are having trouble in noon 1/2spoon for long time after getting relif stop noon dose. Continue your tablets not interacts. Keep gap of one hour tablets end my medicine. (mfg by dhanwantari herbales) avoid all types of oily end ghee prepretions. Take simple veg food home made only. Do pranayam, go for walking.

From small age I had faced breathing difficulties frequently, when I was 13 years old I have get an asthma treatment In which doctor gives some of medicines with full form rotacaps with rotahaler starting from 50 mg to 200 mg .After that I did not go to the doctor but I want taking Only rotacaps regularly means whenever it feels difficulty in breathing, sometimes I take rotacaps after 15 days/month gap and Sometimes With 1/2 days gap. Now I am 20 years old as my age in increased my breathing difficulty is under little control now. I didn't use rotacaps for 7-8 months from March to November and In winter My breathing difficulty occurs very frequently as it occurs I use rotacaps. So I want to know that this is correct to use rotacaps when I get a breathing difficulty or it is injurious to my health.
