Possibly he has replaced maxiflo by seroflo or vice versa

Both are long acting ics-laba combination drugs. The only difference being that salmeterol (seroflo) acts a little slower than formoterol (maxiflo).
Side effects range from hypersensitivity, altered taste, oral candidiasis, tachycardia to pneumonias.
