This inhaler is not recommended for regular use. Use asthma controller medication by inhalation with spacer.

Yes it's good upper respiratory system,, it is helpful for sinus problems,, but not that much helpful for copd people

Few tips for asthma- avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.

Hi. I understand your concerns. Asthma is chronic and a common problem causing symptoms. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. Inhalers are the right treatment option without any side effects or addiction. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. As if left untreated it can be life threatening. Allergic asthma controlled by two puff is only treatment. You can change to rotahelar of bunase. It give better results then inhalers.
