apart from pexep and propanol which has been given, other medicines are just supportive only . You need to discuss the lack of improvement and get the medications altered or dose adjusted, and also combine with cognitive behavioural therapy, for best results. All the best

Pregablin part of Maxglabin is given in certain cases but not in routine. So if you have taken in second week of pregnancy when embryo is not taking blood supply from mother, there should not be any problem. However no Usg or test can give you hundred percent assurance that there are no abnormalities.
