I am 48 year old female, and had hysterectomy and oophorectomy 5 years ago due to endometrial fibroid. Now I had again pain from 7 months on same side as earlier, nd I had taking neugaba m 75 and etrobax 90 from prescription, but still it is not curing.

Your pain in the lower abdomen is not related to previous uterine pathology. The present compalint may be due to an inflammatory cause which needs thorough clinical exanination and detaled investigation.

Suffering back pain. L4 L5 pain. Nerves also getting pain from 10 years. Using neugaba 75 mg and OD12 and dong regular exercise. My left leg muscle getting pain. What can I do. According to MRI L4 just shifted left side. Can I go for surgery? Is surgery final and permanent solution?

Yes surgery is the only option to correct. Otherwise it may progress and again you will end up in operation theatre for surgery but results may not be good as in this stage.

Hi. I have lower abdomen pain. And the urologist doctor has suggested that the pain can be neurogenic since my tests report is normal. So he told me to take pregabalin for 2 weeks twice a day, and I already take escitalopram due to Fibromyalgia. And I read on net, they interact with each other. So can I take pregabalin with escitalopram or not? And I take escitalopram 10 mg in morning, so can I take pregabalin at night? And what do you think is the pain due to?

apart from pexep and propanol which has been given, other medicines are just supportive only . You need to discuss the lack of improvement and get the medications altered or dose adjusted, and also combine with cognitive behavioural therapy, for best results. All the best

I have only taken medicine during 2nd and 3rd week of pregnancy and stopped immediately as soon as I knew I am pregnant. I want to know will the harm be seen during the 12 th week scan. Will that medicine have really harmed my child.

Pregablin part of Maxglabin is given in certain cases but not in routine. So if you have taken in second week of pregnancy when embryo is not taking blood supply from mother, there should not be any problem. However no Usg or test can give you hundred percent assurance that there are no abnormalities.

I am suffering from depression last 15 years. From last six months I have lower back pain. I take some medicine from two years (flunil40, zosert50, maxgalin50 (1 month) and etizola 0.25).what is the cause of lower back pain?

If the lower back pain is not due to local cause or neurological cause, it is likely due to somatic symptom of depression. Your medications presently do not seem rationale, kindly consult a psychiatrist and seek remedy. Good luck.

I am 70 years and suffering from Cervical spondylosis and Osteoporosis for last 4 years. I used to take pregabalin M 75 occasionally. But for about a month I am taking pregabalin M 75 continuously at 7 pm daily. In the morning my condition becomes very bad namely Nausea, weekends, dizziness which is unbearable. I become depressed. Is it normal? Is there any remedy for this.
